Dr. Joel Fuhrman used to be a figure skater and is now a leader in health care.
Dr.Fuhrman devised a simple formula: H = N/C, or health = nutrients/calories. Based on this theory, Fuhrman created the "ANDI Food Scores" (“Aggregate Nutrient Density Index.”). Essentially a score board for rating the nutrient density in foods. The test is based on a scale of one to one thousand. Dr. Fuhrman gives watercress the highest score, 1000.
