Glazed Salmon with Sesame Watercress Salad

This flavor-packed salmon dish is served with a crisp watercress and radish salad for an easy dinner recipe that tastes like a gourmet dish.

DIRECTIONS

For the Salmon:

  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce and Dijon mustard. Microwave until sugar has just melted, about 10-15 seconds. Arrange salmon on baking sheet with skin-side down and brush half of the glaze over the top of the salmon fillet.
  2. Roast 10 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and continue to roast until salmon is cooked through and flakes with a fork, about 8-10 minutes

For the salad:

  1. While salmon is cooking, in a medium bowl, whisk rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce until blended. Add watercress leaves and radishes and toss until lightly coated.
  2. Transfer salmon to a serving plate. Top with watercress salad and sesame seeds.
