Watercress, Turkey and Pear Panini

This unique sandwich will hit the spot when you’re looking for something out of the ordinary for lunch. Turkey with sweet slices of pear and tangy watercress is a mighty combination, full of flavor and nutrients.

DIRECTIONS
  1. Spread honey mustard on each slice of bread. Top one bread slice, mustard-side up, with one slice of cheese; add the turkey, pear, watercress and second slice of cheese. Top with remaining bread slice, mustard-side down.
  2. Brush exposed sides of bread with olive oil and press in panini maker until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
