Chicken Power 4™ Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a wok, add 4 tablespoons oil and swirl to coat the pan. When the oil is hot, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a bowl, chicken will continue cooking.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons oil to the wok, swirl to coat and when hot, add the garlic, ginger, scallion whites and jalapeno. Stir fry until soft, about 1 minute. Add the noodles, oyster sauce, chicken stock and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Add the chicken and Power 4™ and heat through until Power 4™ starts to wilt, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy.

*Note- As an option you can plate on top of a bed of Power 4™.
