Glazed Salmon with Sesame Watercress Salad
This flavor-packed salmon dish is served with a crisp watercress and radish salad for an easy dinner recipe that tastes like a gourmet dish.

For the Salmon:
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce and Dijon mustard. Microwave until sugar has just melted, about 10-15 seconds. Arrange salmon on baking sheet with skin-side down and brush half of the glaze over the top of the salmon fillet.
- Roast 10 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and continue to roast until salmon is cooked through and flakes with a fork, about 8-10 minutes
For the salad:
- While salmon is cooking, in a medium bowl, whisk rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce until blended. Add watercress leaves and radishes and toss until lightly coated.
- Transfer salmon to a serving plate. Top with watercress salad and sesame seeds.
