DIRECTIONS

Smoked Lamb

  1. Evenly coat the lamb with the spices and smoke at 225 degrees until fork tender
  2. Allow to rest, shred and reserve until ready to use

 Salsa Verde

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until a smooth mixture forms

 Smoked Lamb Tacos

  1. Heat the tortillas in a pan and arrange them on a platter in stacks of 2
  2. Top each stack with the smoked lamb and crispy onions
  3. Drizzle the salsa verde over the tacos and sprinkle watercress over each one
